As your guide, I’ll review your background, health concerns, comfort level, and experience. We will talk through any questions or concerns you have, and together, we'll create a personalized program for your first six weeks.

I’ll provide some samples for testing to determine the best dose and protocol for you. We’ll talk through your goals and intentions to create a personalized formula for you. I like to supercharge each formula with additional medicinal herbs and/or medicinal mushrooms that will amplify your experience and your results!
