Made from all natural organic or responsibly wild crafted herbs:
Cramp bark (Vibernum opulus), White Willow Bark (Salix alba), Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca), Ginger root (Zingiber officiale) Chamomile (Matricaria recutita)Other Ingredients: gluten-free alcohol & Rocky Mountain spring water

Shake well before each use.
At first onset of cramps, add 2-3 full droppers full (2-3 mL) to a small amount of juice or water and drink quickly. Some sediment is normal.
Repeat as needed every 15-20 minutes. Strong cramps may require 2-3 doses for full relief.
Store bottle in a cool, dark place. -
Do not take if you are pregnant or nursing or if you have sensitivities to aspirin products.
